Great product
Very easy to load cartridge and pistol grip makes it easy to use one handed. Instructions are not too clear on how to load the gun, unlike other grease guns, after you have inserted the cartridge you have to push the plunger fully in. Seems to be a quality product and very robust, I am really impressed with it.

Quality control not as good as used to be
I have a couple of these but the tube diameter quality of this one is not as good The major reason is the tube is very slightly to narrow by about 1mm at the opening to insert a grease tube, (both Toolstation and Screwfix) also tried the Screwfix tube out of my other identical make gun which also didnt fit this one. As I needed it urgently Instead of going through hassle of returning I reversed the tube and although a very tight fit the tube went in with a little persuasion not what you’d expect to do with a new tool but got around the problem only hope can get tube back out easily.

Quite solid construction
Seems well built and solid. I had difficulty loading it up. Not sure if I was doing it right but getting the spring in under pressure was difficult and trying to thread the base with the spring under pressure was tough. However, once loaded with cartridge it worked well.

Works a treat!
Gun works great but the end was very tight on the grease fittings making it difficult to get off. Maybe the vintage American fittings but I changed end with another I had from an old grease gun.

Grease gun that works!
Compared to the grease guns normally supplied with plant, this one works.Plus the ability to use one handed in awkward spots is a distinct advantage. Overall for the price you could do a lot worse.

Good grease gun
Works well greased whole excavator no trying to rest the barrel on machine whilst pressing the lever down. Only downside the plunger stick doesn't retract after installing grease cartridge not a big deal but not handy in a tight spot.

Does the job, but leaks over time
I've had the gun for around 6 months and it has started to leak a little grease from the plunger. Prior to that it worked well, and it will still do the job, but it's a very messy tool now
