Good idea with poor execution
I like the graphics and games. But the new OS is not intuitive. It's very confusing to navigate. For example when you install a 360 CD you don't see a loading time. It all looks frozen...Navigating to play your games is in a bottom corner. My download of free games didn't work right and needed customer support (which surprisingly was amazing). Also this Xbox makes weird sounds when turning on and off and ejecting a disk. Sounds like I dropped a phone in a blender. Luckily you don't have to hear it if you do it all from your controller, which are great btw. Feel like they fit better.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

huge disapointment and waste of time and money
I was excited to get this product for my kids, right after powering it up the only option on the screen was to update the system, well I tried, but update download was terminated. I thought it maybe internet connection or server related, tried to repeat the process next day or use cel phone as a hot spot connection. To make the story short after one week of debug including factory reset and manual update download I decided to return the product. Replacement unit arrived in about a week and I was able to finally download the update, it took another week to download games. By the time games were downloaded kids did not care about that ugly black box that is constantly busy downloading something, but I asked them to try some games, and they did. It kept them occupied for about 30 min at a time a few days in the row. The kids later said that games are just boring. The summary is very simple, x-box one is a bad experience, do not waste your time and money unless you have time and energy to deal with long downloads and never-ending debug.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Item Conditions
I now that this is a refurbished item, however I have two comments about this. 1) The package came with a major impact on the shipping & Item Box damaging a little bit the XBOX Unit (Cosmetically) 2) Issues with the start up process, updated issues & Errors. I Had to download the System Firmware and reinstalled and finally work for the first time after a couple days trying to use the console. So far is working properly with no issues or complains on my behalf. I contacted the seller during this process and to inform about the shipping/damage issues and have no comment on the shipping damage part and a link to fix the update/software issue myself.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

The only reason it was off one star because the controller that came with it and the right directional button was a little bit broken and it would lag but overall it was a great deal and the xbox one is in great working condition after 3 weeks of usage. Long awaited console upgrade coupled with amazing deal
I held off for a long time upgrading to the Xbox One. Not because I didn't think it would be great, I just had so many other projects and issues taking up my time. However, when I see a good deal, a great deal, sometimes you just can't pass it up. The Halo 5 Guardians edition Xbox One is still $500 from Microsoft and other avenues. However, I happened across a posting on Ebay where a brand new system was offered for $279. I jumped at it. I wasn't overly fond of the online abilities and content found on the Xbox 360 but immediately after turning on the Xbox One I knew I was in for something different. It is slick, rich in content, the console is responsive and everything is in crisp HD. I have loved the Halo universe for years. To come across a Halo 5 Guardians edition for $279 really excited me and I have not been disappointed at all. The included Master Chief game along with Halo 5 is a wealth of Halo fun and knowledge. The console is beautiful and no, the large size of the console doesn't bother me at all. In fact, I prefer it. The system stays nice and cool which is important when electronics are concerned. If you are considering an Xbox One, I'd say go for it. To me, it was all about Halo and I couldn't have made a better purchase to enjoy every bit of it. Especially the remastered Halo 2. Decent condition and well thought out bundle.
Nice selection of games that span across different interests for the average player. Console was reconditioned and you could tell it had been used before. Disappointed in delivery as they left in the rain with no bag to protect it. So far though no real issue. WATCH OUT on the bundle MS NO SUPPORT
Inventory your bundle when you get it. I did but missed the fact that the game and the extras shipped on two cards. I bought this bundle. It arrived without the game card for Halo 5 but with the card for the extras. I did not realize the game card was missing. Installed the system loaded the code from the card that was included (the extras) and thought I was good to go. No game. Called MS. Hours latter .... Oh, no game card shipped... It is more like a "refresh" of the xbox one and a great value. This is a good system for 4k HDR up conversion of graphics (its not native 4k) for games if and IF the developers use the extra power for that or provide a patch: hence Gears 4 and Forza Horizon 3, as well as Rise of the Tomb Raider. Fantastic Console since Microsoft fixed all the stupid things that were to be on the system like not being able to play used games and such. Since all of that was fixed it's a solid console that in graphics ranks under the ps4 but the dash board is a lot more useful and being able to play games while installing awesome. So if you want a good graphics with an excellent dash board this is for you but if you want slightly better graphics and a huge list of exclusives go with the ps4 they're both fantastic console so I own both always have haha just can't put one before the other. My life struggle halo and gears of war vs jak ,uncharted, last of us, God of war and many more titles but either way both are great consoles that bring you lots of hours of entertainment.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Best Xbox One Deal Out There
You won't find a better deal for an Xbox One anywhere else. You get 5 games on disc, not as downloads, including the Halo 5 Limited Edition. It comes with the Kinect and a warranty due to it being refurbished. Yes, the HDD is only 500 GB but you can easily add an external drive for additional storage. My system has worked great.
