Replacement Tilley 164X mantle
My Father in Law used a Tilley lamp for lighting during power cuts (frequent in NE Scotland) until the mid 90's. The lamp was then stored in an out building but found it while selling his estate. Did a complete re-build (good info on YouTube) and bought these mantles to test if the lamp still worked. Mantles seem good quality and pretty easy to fit. They do work well and give off a good light. Would recommend them if you are using a Tilley lamp.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Tilly mantles, the real deal
This item is the real deal and fits properly on the burner. I once triedsome other mantles and they were rubbish and did not fit properly onto the burner, this resulted in a distorted mantle one it had been burned in.
