Excellent, with reservations.
Basically a very good product but I have a few reservations about the controls. It makes excellent dry chips in less than 20 minutes. I've also used it for pakora and samosa-type foods, with great success. Very good for anyone wanting a pretty good imitation of fried food with minimal fat, which is why we wanted it. The controls are not well marked, with a small depression marking zero - only really visible for many users in strongly directed light from the side, casting a distinct shadow.
