Not good quality for a Mira product
Yes and no in "tell us more" doesn't cover the issues properly. It was a direct replacement for a damaged item so that was fine. The quality problem was that it was very stiff to tilt the shower spray backwards or forwards in the bracket and I was in danger of breaking apart the plastic casing of the bracket. It was a bit better after I squirted some silicone spray into the pivoting section (where there are rubber O-rings on which it pivots.) It was better after that, but shouldn't have been necessary.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
