Advanced Recipes
Very good book, lots of advanced recipes, as a chef I do appreciate it and I’ll try to learn from it but I’m not sure it’s a book for home cooks, nice to look at perhaps... remember these are recipes from a pub with 2 Michelin stars so the recipes are at that level.
