    Fantastic, easy to follow recipe book.

    I bought the book after watching 'lose 1 stone in 21 days' Dr Michael Mosley. This is full of recipes from the program and written by his wife. (Not to be confused by the book written by him which has very few recipes). It shows inspiring pictures of the food and the recipes are simple and easy to create, also they are really tasty. In 1 week I've lost 1" around my waist. I would highly recommend this book.

    If you are a type 2 diabetic, and struggling with losing carbs from your diet, give this book a chance. There are lots of interesting and tasty dishes, plus good ideas for substitutes, also tips on what you can and should eat, plus easy to follow cooking instructions. Even my wife (who is not diabetic) is looking forward to some of the recipes, and we have been experimenting and trying out new things daily. Another nice thing about this particular book, is the author is a type 2 diabetic herself, and A GP, so has done the research and is written in a helpull manner by someone in the same situation as me..

    I really like the way the fast 800 gives a range of meals between 200 and 600 calories so that you can ring the changes. I have eaten 800 cals a day for the past 3 weeks and am steadily losing weight. I love the breakfast shakes - around 200 cals each. I then have a pea and spinach soup or apple and cottage cheese for lunch which leaves me 400 cals for my main meal. It is the first diet I have found do-able. Yay!!!
