    Definitely permanent stickers.

    They have an amazing grip on the surfaces they are attached to as well as whatever item you want them to hold. Saying that, it is also fairly easy to remove the held item. However trying to remove the giant coins from the surface they are stuck to is a nightmare so be very sure you put them in the right place! I have bought both black and white more than once and have used them both in and outdoors.
