Good little tool for the home mechanic
Good little tool for the home mechanic. It's not powerful enough for rusty bolts but once you crack them off with a Bar it's a lot less hassle than using spanners to get the bolts out. Only minor complaint I have is that the control panel on the tool is "sliding" around slightly. Dont know if this is a design flaw or bad assembly. Well worth the money.
First test for this impact wrench was to remove wheel nuts on my Defender 110 which had been seriously tightened with a long breaker bar. This little machine took a second or two to get to grips and then removed all the nuts easily. Great, no more faffing about with wheel braces and a strained back.
