Energy efficient and quiet
Bought this to replace a 35 year old fridge. Its energy use is less than one third of the old one and less than half of a similar sized 12 year old one we have in another room. My measurement of its consumption over the last 2 weeks if continued at that level for a year would be 89 kWh (much less than Beko claim), though the room it is in is only at about 17.5C. Its is also much quieter than our old fridge. The vegetable box is made of much thinner plastic than the one in old fridge and is not so easy to get in and out. good price for a sleek frost free fridge with useful icebox
Bought for a village hall, where the temperature can vary considerably in the winter, to replace a similar fridge, which didn't have an icebox, and which had started to form condensation on the outside bottom and sides. We are hoping this fridge will cope better with the night time chill, although I have put the night-time heating up to 10 degrees, previously only 5. It seemed to be missing a wire shelf but as the one from the previous fridge fitted fine and was still in very good condition I couldn't be bothered to chase it up as there are too many other things to sort out! Came well-packaged and the delivery guy kindly delivered it to the kitchen for me. We can't benefit from a guarantee as it's not installed in a home. It is happy on setting 3.5 to maintain a safe temperature and should need minimal looking after. Under £200- seems a good buy to me.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
