Great product, especially if you already have Sonos speakers
This is a well made product. I held off buying a soundbar becuase I thought that it might impede the view of the bottom of my TV screen, but I have no issues with this product. I already had two Sonos Play1 speakers in my sitting room and it was fairly easy to remove their association and connect them as rear speakers to the Arc unit. My TV has an eArc connection socket (Samsung 55" smart TV about 8 years old) so connecting power and data to the Arc was simplicity itself. I saw one or two reviews indicating that audio delay (lip sync) could not be adjusted, but the lip sync on my system is perfect without trying to find any settings for it. The results are outstanding. The bass is well extended compared with the TV speakers, and surround sound (5.1) enabled films and programmes add an extra dimension to listening pleasure. Content is mere stereo now sounds relatively flat because of the lack of back channels, but I guess you can't win them all! All in all a brilliant improvement compared with standard TV sound output. Connectiond was a breeze and would be for anyone with either eArc or optical connections available. Setup wasn't completely painless, but relatively easy using the Sonos app on my Android phone. Sonos Arc great sound
I bought the Arc at the same time as a new tv so made sure they were compatable. The Arc gives a great, full sound. I use it for the television and for listening to streamed music through You tube. I previously had difficulty catching all dialogue well enough but it is much clearer for speech. The screen can be turned off and the music can be operated through my phone. These are 2 easy ways so as yet I haven't tried the Sonos app. It was easy to set up and link through the tv. I'm not a sound or tech nerdy type but wanted to improve and streamline my sound set up so I cant say about sub woofers and whatever. The depth and spread of sound is perfect for my situation and a medium sized room. I intend to add a Sonos speaker in the kitchen to link to it. I am pleased with this set up I chose. The Arc is neat and smart looking. I've got a bracket for it to go on the wall which extends out from below the TV which I've read is important to maintain the correct 'throw' of sound out in to the room.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Simply Amazing
I love the Sonos system and purchased this as an upgrade from a Sonos beam , which was probably a bit small for my large living room . The difference in sound quality is incredible. Paired up with a sub and two rears , it’s my dream home theatre set up. I cannot recommend it enough . Set up was easy . Literally took minutes. Great sounding bar
Great sound and super easy installation. It pairs to multiple devices other than your TV through the Sonos app. I've got it connecyed to the sub gen 3 and 2 X Sonos one sl for surround. However, the bar is engineered to sound multidirectional straight from the box and it does that very well. The surround speakers boost what the bar already does on its own for an even more immersive experience. Great product!
I have just upgraded from a Beam. This is a far superior product, much better suited to my 65 inch screen. It is pricey, but there is no messing with set up like with so many systems. The only issue is that for true Dolby Atmos an Earc connection is required and a Dolby Atmos TV. I only have an Arc, but still the sound is great.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Room Filling Sound
Bought to replace a Q Acoustics M3 Soundbar, which was very good, especially for the price, but this is a definite step up. Wanted to upgrade to add Dolby Atmos support in combination with an LG 65" UHD TV and Panasonic UHD blu-ray player. Sound is crystal clear, good base if you want it and definitely fills the room, coming from all sides. Build quality seems very good; it's not too much bigger than the M3 but weighs quite a bit more, it's a very solid piece of kit. I would imagine if you add the Sonos One rear speakers and sub-woofer, the sound would be phenominal, although I'm not sure the neighbours would agree!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Get one, you won't regret it!
I was sceptical of all the claims and rave reviews regarding this soundbar but I'm so happy to have been proven wrong. It does absolutely everything that the reviews say and I'm sure there are some tricks it still has up its sleeve that I've yet to see. The app is well designed and responsive, although I still need a bit more time to explore all the options in it. The soundbar is quite tall so you may need a plinth to sit your TV on if you plan on putting it in front.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Replacement for discrete 5.1
