Small sized but great ADSL modem
The modem is small, jut does what it promises like a dream. I bought it to use as a transparent modem because my router has no ADSL in. The modem does that job great but my router is not PPPoA capable so I had to dive deep into the config. Actually it can do every basic routing things (DHCP server, port forearding, port trigger, firewall, etc)

Much faster but may have allowed some malware onto our network
Replaced an old Netgear wireless modem/router which I've used for 10+ years for this faster modem. Simple to plug in and setup and connected to our Apple Airport Extreme and it instantly allowed us to increase our download speed from 8MBs to 16MBs as it's ADSL 2+ compliant. It's tidy and unobtrusive too. But ... It seems that since installing it we have begun getting browser redirects to dodgy and very unsavoury web sites on our iOS devices (but not my Mac). It's not all the time but this has never happened until now and it doesn't happen when we use other WiFi networks. I plan to reset the D-Link and ensure its firmware is the very latest and see if that fixes it, but it does leave a sour taste in the mouth ...
