disappoiniting that this comes without the battery that was obviously installed by the manufacturer
Disappointed that the packaging had been opened, the battery removed and the packaging resealed with tape which obscured the instructions. Ther was no indication on the E Bay advert that this would come without its battery - which then needed to be sourced and purchased separately aftre contacting the retailer as the battery type wasn't evident on the packaging. The product itself looks very good.

Good upgrade
Very good and quick compared to my now lost previous oxo thermometer. The cover is quite a bit chunkier with more info on it..however it reads two c above other thermometers. There is a reset button but haven't tried that yet.
