Great fone
I went back to non touch screen, unsmart fone a while ago, i tried a couple of new flip fones, but finding this fone to be a great fone, it still has 4g,facebook,youtube,google earth, basically it has 4g,but it hasn, t got what I Don, t want it to have, a touch screen, I am so glad to be back to having a small flip fone that dosn, t have a touch screen, and it does not need to be told where I am, what I, m doing. I can use Google if I want, but yoy have to turn on all that yourself, which is perfect for me as a fone and message's is the most important thing, on a fone. This little beauty has everything I need, it is a great fone in my opinion, and does everything I need it too, and more if I turn on the data, but it is a fone first, the rest comes second, and that is what I personally want in a fone, plus it is very small compared to these smart fones, which for me is another bonus, so if a good, small half smart fone with a proper keypad is what you want, i an tell you that this little Nokia is a great buy. Disappointing purchase.
I bought this phone to replace an old 2720. I need a 4g phone and wanted something small, this phone isn't as small or compact as my old one. The phone came with a two prong shaver type plug, so l couldn't charge it up without buying an adaptor. The instructions were all foreign, so l downloaded a UK instruction manual only to find the options on the phone don't match the manual instructions! So trying to set the phone up as l'd like to use it has been impossible, for example l can't change the font size when texting, the text is so small l can hardly read it. The instruction manual explains how to change font size, however, the options on the phone don't match so you can't navigate through the process. This has been a very disappointing purchase, l will have to buy another phone from a more reliable source.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Poor audio was the deal breaker
I purchased this handset to 'detox' from technology having become highly addicted to a smart phone. The pros were that it aided with this as there are very few apps on the handset and I'd read it came with a stripped down version of WhatsApp installed. The downside was it didn't actually include WhatsApp and both the app store and the browser wouldn't work so it wasn't possible to download anything into it; there is no predictive text and so sending even short messages takes ages; and the deal breaker for me was that everyone I called or who called me complained the audio quality was terrible with a loud noise in the background. When I put my sim back into a smart phone handset this issue was resolved and so it was definitely the flip phone. Overall I can't recomment anyone purchase this handset and I would advise you look elsewhere if you want to go back to a 'dumb phone'.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

very poor
the sim card is loose and does not make a good connection.. I spent days trying to sort it out and the only fix is to put a thin piece of card between the sim and the back of the phone in order to get a good connection. great simple phone
great way to detox from a smart phone, without giving up the essential apps phone has the following apps pre installed maps, google assistant,whatsapp, Youtube(which is actually pretty decent on the phone but if your detoxing not really usefull), the phone has an "app store" so you can install other apps. for the most part the phone is durable has a decent battery life a full charge gives me 3 days without needing a new charge.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
