Good quality and fair price
The frame is plastic but very sturdy. The plate/hatch is metal and is strong. The locking system is very useful to make sure no odour leaks and it turns to handle to lift the hatch and all the tiles/slabs in it. I haven’t lift it with the handles to see if they are strong enough, but I would assume so. We don’t need to lift it often anyway. Certainly a good value product for money.

Does what is on a tin
Plastic and metal don’t stick together, so will not be stuck from rust. It’s deep to accommodate any type of tile. The handles are plastic as well, so will not rust. My builder liked it to install as well.
