Samsung Flex
I've tried several around the neck blue tooth earphones. Price range between $20 to $60. The LG was good sounding but one side of earphones would go out went thru 3 and also the noise cancelling for people on the end was bad they could hardly understand and hear me, returned and got sony the was real good but noise cancelling was the same. So I thought I would try the Samsung Flex it had great reviews. I have Samsung Note 9 so I tried and love the Samsung Flex, people on the other end can hear and understand me, the sound quality is good not perfect but good.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Doesn't work well with iPhone
I purchased these in order to use with my iPhone during gym time, and the sound is very faint at the highest volume level. I called Samsung, and they stated that they were not in a position to direct me to what type of "Apple App" that would be helpful in alleviating the problem. It is a very good item for the money,holds charge for more than 9 hours,which is the reason I bought them (coworker recommended) also the Bluetooth range is good. It is not what I expected
