I've only just received this camera and have barely dipped in to its many features. I have taken a few snaps though and the quality of the pictures are excellent. One of the very best!
I bought the a6400 as an upgrade to my much-loved a6000, and was able to navigate the huge menu with relative ease, where a newcomer to the marque could easily flounder, I think. Once set up, however, (with help from many YouTube videos) the camera is hugely versatile, with everything from point/shoot to the most creative of settings. I use the customised Fn button and the new "My Menu" option a great deal to adapt the camera to the light conditions. The a6400 is reassuringly solid, and its legendary auto-focusing, eye tracking, choice of metering and focusing modes and jpeg quality make it the perfect tool for the advanced amateur.
