Superb!
I love this! I didn’t want to commit to the cost or hassle of a fixed installation so bought a Helsinki Lay Z Spa. It’s very easy to set up - instructions are minimal, mainly because there’s not much to it. Filled it up and left it heating the water to go out for a pub meal with friends; needless to say, later that night there were 4 of us in it. It’s relaxing and fun, even on a miserable day, perhaps especially on a miserable day since it heats to a balmy 40 degrees. I already have plans to move it into an outbuilding for the winter - not that it needs to be inside as it has freeze protection so can be used year round. relaxing
I have been using this jacuzzi for over a week now by myself. Lockdown has dictated that.,Still with my headphones strapped to my head I enjoy the recommended time in the hot tub without overdoing it. I feel refreshed and pleased I have purchased this equipment. The manual is a bit difficult to understand. So many pictograms with numbers and no guidance as to the relationship with one another. Had to get assistance. One thing that was highlighted in the manual but made no real impact was that if a EU plug had to be used it should have a 10 amp fuse in it. So Far A Very Good Buy
As advertised it was quick and easy to inflate/install. A good size for 2/3 adults, can fit more on a friendly basis. I think very quiet even when jets are on. A little bit more expensive to run than I thought, I budget £1.20 a day to maintain a temperature of 38 degrees℃. On top of this another £2 for each period of 1 and 1/2 hours of use (note I have only had the tub for about 3 weeks, so summer use only). Very easy to maintain water quality. Given the current unavailability in the UK at reasonable cost I acquired mine from a supplier in Germany, because of this it came with a continental plug so a conversion plug for a UK socket had to be bought, importantly it has to be a grounded plug or the security features with tub will prevent it from working. In addition it appears we cannot register for a warranty as it was purchased outside the UK, this is something I need to pursue and resolve.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Works well & good value
Obviously not as good but when compared to a "proper" hot tub amazing value when you consider these cost 4x as much. The only thing it doesn't have is massage jets but the air jets are better than many "proper" tubs I've been in. The Helsiki, being rigid plastic, also looks far better that other cheaper options that look like glorified kids paddling pools, it's also less likely to puncture which is always the bain of inflatables.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

My wife wanted a spa, I was unsure about which one to go for. She had read good reviews about this item, unit is sturdy when inflated and goes together straight forwardly. The spa uses a all in one Pump/ heater/filtration/air unit. Pump and filter appear to be quite adequate for the package.The unit heat's the water at a steady rate usually over night to the required temperature. The air pump is surprisingly powerful and creates plenty of bubbles around the spa. Spa comes with an inflatable cover which seals the spa well, keeping the heated water insulated. Robust lightweight family hot tub.
Even though the walls of this inflatable hot tub are a fraction as thick as those of my previous Lay-Z-Spa Vegas they are more than rigid and robust enough. Easy set up and a wonderful family hot tub for a family of 4-5.
