Quality Product and solid accessory, but with a few cautions you might consider.
Great accessory and quality product, no doubt. Nothing to disappoint here. Just keep in mind that if you use a G43 for every day carry (EDC) like I do, this extender will fundamentally alter your muscle memory when going from a 6rd to a 6+1rd extended magazine. It may seem insignificant at first glance, but in a standard 6rd configuration, your pinky wraps underneath the butt of the magazine, similar to the G26 or G27. But this extender includes a grip rest for your pinky, providing a different, full, five-fingered grip than what you've practiced with before. That may not seem like a big deal at first, but keep in mind that with this accessory in place 1) the magazine does extend such that the likelihood of printing through your clothes increases, and 2) if you've already practiced with the standard 6rd and are used to it, then need to reach for the 6+1rd in a high stress situation, the different grip could confuse your existing muscle memory in that split second you need to lay a bead and torch a round. So for EDC conceal, make sure you practice, practice, practice with the new extender in place so you develop muscle memory to account for the difference.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

FTF last round!!
Bought two of these. I tried them out with 50 rounds each of lawman 147gr FMJ. I shot 50 rounds through my first mag with the +1 extender. got 2 failure to feeds on the last round. Shot 50 rounds through the second mag, also with extenstion. Same exact result. got 2 FTFs. It's clear to me that the stock glock spring cannot be used reliably with this extender since it does not have enough force to consistently feed the last round due to the additional length on the magazine. good concept but needs stronger spring!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Perfect fit
Pearce makes grip extensions for the glock better than glock makes grip extensions for the glock. Blows my mind how much better than the guns own manufacturer these grip extensions are. They are textured to match the texture on the glock frame and on top of that, they even make it possible to add one more round to the magazine. They look better visually, feel better and increase the magazine size. Definitely recommend these to any glock 43 owner. The second picture shows the texture compared to the OEM glock magazine plate (Glock is on left, Pearce is on right). It adds only just about 1/8" or less to the length of the magazine.

Pearce Plus one Pinky grip extension, great product and looks good on my pistol.
I installed the Pearce3 Plus one Pinky Grip Magazine extension on my Glock 43 magazine. It fits perfectly and seems to work well. I'm going to run several boxes of Ammunition of various weights through it before I'll carry it in my EDC. I want to make sure that the stock magazine spring will handle the extra tension put on the magazine by adding a seventh round.

the pearce grip extension (plus one capacity) is an excellent product. it adds one more cartridge to the magazine capacity, and it fits as if it were made by glock. it even has the textured finish on the front of the grip extension, making it match the finish on the grip of the pistol itself. i tell ya, it looks factory oem. the feel is fantastic. it allows me to get a full, four finger grip on my pistol. like the factory magazine with the pinky extension, but with the added round count. i installed it with little effort. removing the factory magazine base plate was the most difficult part (because of the locking side tabs glock has added to the g43 magazine), but with a good punch or screwdriver it still came off with little effort. be mindful that the spring is under tension, even though i unloaded it first, so be careful to place your thumb over it as you slide off the factory base plate and you should be fine. i would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to add one more round to the g43, and also improve their control of the pistol. i have medium-large hands, and i can get a solid purchase on my little single stack edc. the price is also great. this is by far one of the least expensive upgrades i have ever done to any pistol, while being one of the most valuable. safety first, my friends. good day :)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A Good Idea
The Glock 43 is a wonderful weapon but the standard mag capacity is far less than most other Glocks allow. I prefer to carry at least 8 rounds rather than the standard 6 rounds the single stack mags are set up for. Using this extension one can carry 8 total rounds if you keep one in the chamber. I only gave this 4 stars because I'm unable to find one that has the same shape but adds 2 extra rounds. There are +2 mag extensions for this weapon but the shape is not the nice tapered shape that this has. BOTTOM LINE: Use this until Pearce comes out with a +2 option, then get that one as well assuming it has the same tapered shape this does.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Multiple Reasons to Use
This is not my first experience with Pearce and I have never been disappointed. These grip extensions provide almost identical appearance and feel as the Glock finger extension magazine provided on one magazine shipped with the pistol. The other included magazine has a flat bottom and is not (for me) as comfortable or controllable. I would have purchased a original finger extension for the extra magazine had the Pearce extension not been available. That was an expense avoided. The other added benefit is the one additional round capacity. The overall dimensions of the pistol remains nearly identical and the appearance looks very "stock". I recommend looking at U-Tube for a couple (there are more than one) suggestions to uninstall the original bases. Perfect for concealed carry.
I previously purchased +2 extensions for my Glock 43. These fill my hand well, giving me an excellent, full grip with much increased control and accuracy. Problem was, the heel of the magazine printed my light weight shirts too much when carrying concealed. Enter the Pearce +1 extension grip. The heel of the extension is 1) short, 2) set back from the frame heel and 3) rounded. This grip extension is no more obtrusive than the 6 round, flush fit magazine furnished by Glock, but adds an extra round and an improved grip. Functions perfectly. An economical must have. Great addition to the G43
I was initially thinking about purchasing the Taran Tactical +1 Extension and was really turned off by the price and how it blatantly looked like an aftermarket part. Don't get me wrong, I do appreciate aftermarket products which is why I bought two of the Pearce Grip extensions. It is Polymer and the texture matches that of the G43. I personally think that ergonomically this extension makes sense and is comfortable. I believe that these are worth the money, you get an extra round, added style, and improved ergonomics. Perfect match for the G43
This plus one extension, for the price, is the best deal around for the Glock 43's stock 6 round magazine. Why Glock did not include this floor plate design into their nice little carry pistol amazes me. For larger hands this extension makes the difference between a dangling pinky and a solid grip.
