Not fit for my needs
This apple corer arrived on time, and was well packaged. Unfortunately, due to the metal shaft not being thick enough, it bent out of shape when put it in the apple a twisted. If I wasn't supposed to twist it, perhaps in the description it could mention that fact ( I wouldn't have bothered to by it). More competent design than most of its peer group, with a one piece component, avoiding handle and shaft seperating due to faulty spot weld.
I've had a number of corers in the past, all have failed in the same place, the spot-weld of shaft-to-handle, failing or the shaft fatigue-fracturing as a result of the constant need to straighten it. You do not get what you have paid for
I would not recommend buying this item it is a breach of trade description I have not been somewhat as requested that was happy to try the substitute that I was given this on its own is not a natural quality products I used it once to call one apple and the metal as already bent and petit do not buy it.
