  • It works, which is all that matters.

This adhesive is effective in marine environments, as promised. It mixes and applies easily. Best to leave it for longer than 6 hrs - overnight is better - to be sure of a firm bond; Placing a weight on top, and/or binding in duct tape also ensures maximum adhesion ( just remove tape carefully next morning). We have found it VERY effective with carbon fibre and foam (kayak). Only two criticisms: you don’t get very much (we used 2 and a third would have been ideal) and it therefore isn’t quite the bargain it may have seemed, but because it works, who cares? Two other bonding agents really didn’t.

  • Bunging holes up in sty;e.

I am a homebrew radio amateur and often repair diecast boxes to reuse. This has been with araldite in the past.I find that your Marine Weld keys better to the metal, sets harder to give a very clean finish using electricians insulating tape as shuttering and you get about twice as much for your money!

  • great strong resin bond

simple to mix, spreads well- bought it for one particular job on my boat, but have used it on various items needing glue repairs. great all round resin .

  • Excellent product

I use this as pretend welding, I warm the tubes in hot water, then when mixed put in a syringe. Then I weld by squeeze,,pull, squeeze, pull along the line where i want the weld. It's very effective on the aluminium model Ribs that I build. It helps to scratch the contact area.

  • Good stuff

I repaired the base of my skis with this. I cut out the damaged part of the base and used this to glue in a patch. Skis not tested yet, but it seemed to do the trick. Chose Marine grade epoxy because of the cold and wet conditions that skis have to endure.

Used in a marine environment. It's a very strong adhesive. It's a perfect consistency, easy to use and does exactly what it says.

  • Does What it says on the Tin

Perfect for headlight repair takes a good while to dry to be fully cured but a great product and definitely value for money.

  • Sets like concrete.

I glued a Skeg, to the bottom of my second hand kayak (I was having difficulty keeping it straight). It has stayed on beautifully, even though I have knocked it a few times getting off and on the water.
