Did not mold to teeth and very uncomfortable
I followed the instructions exactly as what the listing said (it didn't come with instructions) and it didn't mold to my teeth. They are very uncomfortable and scratch my gums. I was expecting more of a plastic type material and for it to conform to my teeth but all it is is an uncomfortable silicone mouth guard like used in sports. I don't see how it'll help with grinding and mouth clinching when it's so uncomfortable. Don't reccomend.
