Handy trimmer for reliable haircuts.
This hair trimmer is versatile and easy to use. It can trim close behind your ears and the length adjustments are stable. The large diameter of the cutter face allows good air flow from the vacuum so that hair is pulled through easily. "Not well made, not reliable"
I bought the Robocut mainly because it offered a two-year warranty so I thought it would be a safe investment. It was not. Based on other people's previous reviews, some of the parts have been replaced with plastic pieces that do not hold up. Within the first year, the small plastic cutting wheel broke and it was replaced under warranty. Then within the 2nd year, the replacement wheel broke again. I again sent my sales receipt along with an email and I never heard back so I am assuming the manufacturer has gone out of business or at least is no longer honoring their two-year replacement warranty. I should mention that I only have fine thinning hair so the Robocut is certainly not being abused. I have replaced it with their main competitor's machine and find that product to be built sturdier and it also includes metal cutting blades so I'm sure it will last much longer than the Robocut.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Disappointed that it wasn't the one in the picture.
I was disappointed to find that the Robocut I received was not the one pictured when i ordered it. I have been using an older version of Robocut for years and it is now held together with Duct tape. I hoped to replace it. The machine I received is apparently a newer version that was not well reviewed by previous purchasers. The one in the picture was identical to my old one. Raunchy product
Whenever they changed the blade system and put a smaller motor on it they wrecked it. It doesn't have enough power. Mine only lasted for 1.5 haircuts and seized up. Have loved the Robocut since day 1.
It is the best way to get a haircut that's even all the way around. This is my second one, I wore the first one out. I like the new cutting blade and how it doesn't require oil anymore. Not like the original.

New design is not as good
