Aside from that... the unit is powerful, compact, great sounding.
UPDATE - 050: Sound is excellent outdoors. Use this on the deck in back of house... sound travels throughout the backyard nicely. No complaint of battery life. No noticeable distortion at highest volumes from the speaker... most all distortions can be traced to the mp3 song itself. Another nice product from Anker. All is well, the only somewhat downside is they did away with the capability to charge the mp3 player (or other item used to store the music) through the Anker PRO+ speaker at the same time the Anker PRO+ is being charged via a wall (110v) charger. Aside from that... the unit is powerful, compact, great sounding. I definitely would recommend purchasing this model (and the Amker SoundCore BooVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Disappointed with bluetooth connectivity with Macbook PRO and sound quality is okay
I received the item on time after the order. The sound quality is not bad but not good as some of the others(For example:- Tribit Max).There is big problem with connectivity from MAC book pro(2019 version). It stays connected to bluetooth but continue dropping the audio sound while video/audio is playing. I am not happy with that specific reason.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The sound is really good for the money.
The sound is really good for the money. It has some weight to it. Well built. The speaker is definitely worth the money. It arrived on time. Under a week. I ordered the speaker on a Thursday and it came on Monday evening. Solid speaker. The only problem I had with the speaker is when I hook it up to an audio source and put it to charge at the same time it makes a nasty noise as if 2 wires crossed. Other than that, I would have given it 5 stars. Nonetheless, it works well when you plug it in to an audio source (audio cable not included) and works well when you charge the device (USB to micro USB is included), it's just when you have both charging an audio cables plugged in together.. I have a 5 watt Anker which is a very good product...sound, quality, and price. This Anker has 25 watts, although I expected it to be able to produce a higher volume.
