Perfectly good replacement filter
There is a small difference from the OEM filter and that is a small mounting lug which secures it to an arm coming off of the fuel pump mount, the original filter body is made of moulded plastic. I don't think that this is a particularly critical but the filter will be able to move around a little. An easy fix is to secure it using a zippy tie or two.
