11mm hardened Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel shackle. (No longer includes pouch or reminder). Seems strong. The key is a pain to get into the lo. Hardened disc lock with double locking system. Good solid robust lock.

    Good solid lock's.

    I have three of these locks fitted to my bike two on the front disc's and one on the rear sprocket.These are sold secure gold they appear to be made very strong but I still use heavy chains and Oxford HD lock's and ground actors when parked at home.
