An excellent product and very good value for money!
I purchased this motor to replace the original in a Union Mills N Gauge 2F loco. I was slightly sceptical about it only being 3-pole as slow running is very important to me, but thought it worth trying as it is such good value. I am very glad that I did. The motor was very easy to install, as it has the same diameter drive shafts and uses exactly the same fixings as the original Union Mills motors. It performs superbly! The slow running under DCC is superb and the Lenz Silver Mini : decoder that I used seems fully compatible: there has been no need to change the default CVs.

A very useful motor, at a great price.
This double ended motor runs very smoothly and quietly, and is very inexpensive. It arrived well packed, with a sleeve to convert the driveshafts from 1.0 mm to 1.5 mm, if necessary, two fitting screws, and clear instructions, in plain English. The supplier (an N-gauge and 009 kit builder and supplier) also offers an optional flywheel. As long as you can handle a soldering iron and a drill, this can motor is great for replacing expired motors in old Minitrix etc. "diesel" RTR chassis. OK, it isn't perhaps of Mashima quality, and it is only three pole (I believe), but Mr Mashima has retired and these do the job just fine.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

N-Drive
quite a strong little motor i tested it for a little bit under lode nearly stoping it and it kept on trying to go ,mainly to get it hot or burn out but it kept on going ,never hot hot in the test .i needed to make shore its heavy duty enough to withstand pulling a corgi model tram before i attempted to spend time fitting it ,so i will fit it now and try it longer running if it last i will buy another 3 and leave another reviewVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
