Excellent rehabilitation aid
Even before surgery to repair a torn tendon, archers at my archery club were using latex bands of this sort to warm up and /or strengthen their shoulders. Post-op, i i had an old weak pink coloured strip of this type of material that i knotted so as to strengthen my repaired bow holding arm's shoulder. With this product , no need to tie a knot to make a circular band. You can vary the strengths by adding the other loops and it does the job well.
