Good product, good value for money. Would definitely recommend.
Easy to use, good variation in strength of coffee taste (this also corresponds to how much coffee is actually ground to produce that particular strength; which is good cos that means there is minimal waste). There is a good variation as well in water volume required which is easy to select. The milk frother is also very good with a range of frothing options. A downside is it uses a bit more water than I would have liked to rinse through when it first starts up and when it is turned off. Also, the preground function using ground coffee which in itself is a good option can be tricky to use some times especially with regards to timing of actually pouring in the coffee grounds. If done too early, it just spills all over the inside of the machine and can be a bit of a mess to clean up. Overall, I would say lovely product, good value for money, definitely enjoying my coffee and lattes and Capus. Would definitely recommend.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not Bad Machine.
Easy to use and makes good coffee. Biggest problem is even on hottest setting it is not piping hot. Coffee temp is passable but milk add milk or for hot chocholate is only warm. I have been more excited than the kids were at Christmas,A little gift to me and my mrs after Christmas . This coffee machine is awesome . If you value a quality cup of coffee , you must treat yourself . I can’t fault Delonghi !!! We have felt the pinch after Christmas and so bought this refurbed machine after Christmas at a steel . Item arrived promptly and is like new . Does everything I want it too and more and the wonderful people at Delonghi even sent a water filter even though it states refurbished models don’t come with one . This is my second delonghi bean to cup machine. First one I had for 5 years and was still working but always interested in the cappuccino ones. It takes a little time to work through the instructions to set up the machine to how you want. But it’s well worth it and it’s the ability to personalise and the automation of cappuccino which is very quick compared to my previous one. It’s also very easy to quickly clean and switch off after use. My only concern is about the repeated attaching and removal of the milk container and it wearing out. A great little coffee machine
After a much loved DeLonghi machine finally gave up after years of daily use, I was looking to upgrade to one that included frothing of the milk. I was shocked to see how much they cost and was hesitant to invest without ever having tried that style of machine. This seemed like a great option and I haven't been disappointed. It took a few mins to get the hang of the instructions but once you do, it couldn't be easier to use. I like that it's so easy to adjust the coffee strength, the milk frothiness etc. Emptying the coffee grounds is simple and it seems easy to clean. Fantastic machine
This is a replacement for my Delonghi magnifica 4200S which I absolutely loved. The Ecam23-460 is an upgrade. It's so easy to use just a push button for a perfect capuccino.
