This is a HUGE help loading my breech loader. No more fumbling around with loose pellets or spilled tins.
This thing is way simple to use and load up. You'll never fumble with loose pellets on cold days or spill a brand new tin of pellets again! Must have for break barrel rifles. Fast and easy reloading, and confidence that pellet is well seated. First pellet pen I've owned, wish I would have gotten one a long time ago. Excellent pellet gun loader
I've hesitated buying one of these for some time now but I decided to give it a try. The pellet pen words well and with a little practice you can load and seat the pellet quickly. It is easy to load and holds 18-22cal pellets (as advertised). It is much faster than taking a pellet from the original tin. you can easily see how many pellets are left. Bottom line first, glad to have it. It works. It's simple...so I complain about the cost but volume sales would decrease said costs. Would like ratchet to prevent double-loads. Improves ease of loading pellets.
I had to hold extra pellets in my hand while hunting squirrels with my break barrel pellet rifle. Would sometimes drop pellets while attempting to load quickly. Once you get some practice loading with the pellet pen all of that trouble is gone. You can very quickly load pellets one at a time without fumbling for a pellet. less lead fouling
I bought 2 of these and they do work. I hunt and wear a pouch on my belt which I did not have a problem with. The one dislike I had was when done shooting, my fingers would have this black coloration on them from handling the Pellets. I have a .177 version of this device and wanted a .22 version. I still wear the pouch and carry a pellet pen in my chest pocket or on a lanyard which I fashioned which goes round my neck. The pen works great. the pellets are easy to seat in the breech and Im not fumbling through a mass of pellets to get just one. Pellet Pen .22 Great except...
I just started using this pellet loader and find it to work well loading a pellet into the breech. The only down side, and the reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is the lack of a neck lanyard with the retractable gadget like the .177 loaders have.
