This interchangeable-lens digital camera offers an eye-level, through-the-lens OLED electronic viewfinder with Tru-Finder technology, which allows for real-time adjustments of images while reducing motion blur and increasing contrast compared with standard viewfinders. In addition, the Sony 24.3 MP camera allows for continuous shooting up to 10 fps, which locks in the focus and exposure in the first frame. The Sony Alpha NEX-7 allows for HD video at 1920x1080 with 60p, 60i, and 24p frame rates, with an HDMI port that allows users to display content on an HDTV. The Sony Exmore CMOS sensor contributes to the high resolution and frame rate offered by the Sony 24.3 MP camera, with a double noise-reduction capability that eliminates noise even in photos where minimal light is available. To protect the sensor, this interchangeable-lens digital camera uses an ultrasonic anti-dust system that removes dust with ultrasonic vibrations. This black Sony 24.3 MP camera includes the body only, so buyers must purchase a compatible E-mount lens or an A-mount adaptor and lens separately.

Why the Sony Nex-7?
I was considering the nex-6 or the a6000, or better, as a secondary camera. I found this camera, Sony Nex 7, in an auction listing, I was at first unsure but have found this little camera to be of great practical use. Coupled with my Sigma 30mm e mount lens. Perfect for my level of street photography. And worked out well when on a day trip. With the right lens, you can find this camera is very reasonable. And the audio jack makes it suitable for vlog/video work.

Excellent camera with plenty of options.
Very surprised. This is a much more capable camera body than I expected, will have great fun exploring its capabilities. It is a great companion to my Sony Alpha 5000.
