Junk!
This item did not work properly with AT&T in Florida, USA. Although I live near a tower and always have 5 bars service, about 90% of the time the "call failed" or service was lost and the message "emergency calls only" was displayed. Simultaneously, my other phone was working fine. I traded sim cards and got the same results. I also traded batteries and got the same results. This phone repeatedly shut itself off. The auto update for the time and date did not work at all. When it shut itself off, I had to reset the time. I was very surprised and disappointed because I had two prior US/AT&T (not European) Motorola Razrs that worked well. I question whether this item was "new". Battery cover falls off
Unfortunately a small plastic nub that the cover snaps past is broken off. Any handling that would normally be fine causes the cover to fall off and the battery to also fall out. Seller could not have known this and it was only through use that we discovered the problem. Other than that it seems to be a damn fine phone.
