Ok, to qualify 'compelling' content, this book is very handy for interpreting the Solicitors Accounts Rules and has provided answers on several issues that have arisen during the course of practice. Starting out on my own now, this purchase was a no-brainer. I know that the SRA are considering revising the literature, but in the mean time this may make the difference of reaching the right or wrong decision in an area of legal practice where there is no margin for error.
