GSG-5 Hand Guard
There are several things that make this product bad. 1st - Once on the firearm with the left side rail in place you have very little room to operate the charging handle, with your hand sliding along the edge of side rail you will more than likely end up cutting your hand. 2nd - There is no support built into the rear of the hand guard to stop it from moving upward at the rear which pinches the charging handle. If it were redesigned to stop the upward movement I would rate it a lot higher The quality of the material of which it is made appears to be good.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Has two issues
There are no guides at the back to hold the stock in place, the original has these which match up to the ones on the rear of the barrel in front of the breach, it makes it wobble slightly. The only other issue is the left side picatinny rail is less than 1/8 inch from the cocking lever, I had to remove the left side unit to avoid 'finger-rip'. That said, any device would immediately prevent any usage of the cocking lever. Once removed there is no issue with full function of the weapon.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Fits nice and snug but has kind of a texture.
GREAT PRODUCT. fits really well and the rails are nice. But it has a very fine almost like a small Styrofoam bubble texture.
