Best creamed Limburger, ever!
This cheese is better tasting to me that the old Borden Limburger. It's absolutely fresh and arrives packaged well for shipment in a cooled container. These folks do a great job of shipping. The cheese itself is so smooth and tasty, I can hardly wait for my lunch and snack time to taste it. I like it best with a good portion of cheese with a thin slice of onion on Pumpernickel or dark rye. It can be aged somewhat in the refrigerator if you wish a bit harsher taste. I've done that with both creamed Limburger and fresh Bree, up to a year. It gets somewhat darker and smellier but it tastes great! If you like cheese and love limburger as I do, you will not be disappointed when you buy Amish Country Limburger. I buy it 3 pounds at a time. processed cheese blend with bad aftertaste

I was upset when they took Mohawk Valley off the market. This a great product, probably even better than the Mohawk.
