This item was sent to me without any instructions . I havnt got a clue as to setting it up so therefore cannot use it.
I cant really review this product as I am unable to use it. There was no instruction or any paperword at all. I cant even set it up with the day or time as I don't know how. This product is multi-functional and has obviously the need for correct set up and installation. If this product comes without a manual or instructions, then this should be mentions in the advertised sale. I should think the manual will be available on line which will probably mean a time consuming search, down load and print of God knows how many pages. A very good piece of kit with many easy to use features. A very versatile answerphone with options to record your own message and the facility to set it as Answer Only or Answer and Record a Message. It also has the ability to record a conversation, which can be very handy. I have a problem with the second hand-set in that I am unable to get any volume to the incoming call, I haven't bothered to contact the supplier for this as I can hear by by switching to hands free, this is less hassle than returning it. no help bt
this looks like a great phone however after charging for 24 hrs and carrying out all the instructions as per the book it will not connect to the phone line. I have spent two days on the phone to the BT helpline only to be cut off after about 15 minutes of holding .BT help line is just rubbish .
