Great controller but delicate USB dongle.
This is my second time buying this product, because the receiver dongle stopped connecting to my PC after months of dodgy connection, i.e connection goes on/off whenever it was moved. I surmised there was a break in the wired connection between the USB key and receiver circuit board dongle itself. When it works it's great, but the rolled up connector wire doesn't always retract and the cable is so light it breaks easily. Do NOT withdraw the USB key by pulling the wire. Hopefully the second purchase will last longer than the first, but the main controller works perfectly, but the IR receiver dongle is delicate.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Plug in and go. Easy!
This was Santa's stocking filler gift to the family. We have plugged our laptop into our TV to play family home films, use zoom and watch Disney Pluss on the big screan. We were feeling we had gone back to the 80's though with no remote. This little remote took no programming or setting up. It really is a plug in and go for it! It takes a while to get used to the mouse control but my 13 yearold picked the skill up in seconds! There are quick keys as well so you don't actually have to move the mouse much.
