I've done a lot of independant research into what products actually work and what is beneficial within a combustion engine and Seafoam products are highly regarded as being products which work by enthusiasts and professionals. I purchased both the cleaner/lube and the fuel/oil additive (which i only used in the fuel) and used them both in my 23 year old Peugeot 205 1.6, and the results are noticable without even having to strip the block to inspect the cylinder heads. My engine idles smoother and there was a noticable change to the engines sound and acoustic characteristics, I can't say much about performance as my car has 88bhp and weighs just under 900kg and she tops out at 90mph, but the engine does run better and for the price of both products it gave me a bit of peace of mind as my fuel has been treated and so have the cylinder heads and valves without the need to strip everything and inspect it. Sea foam decoke
I had my doubts but thought I would give it a whirl. I have a piggy back Ecu with telemetry read outs and air fuel ratio display n/a 4.0 V8 32valve engine in a custom pick up truck. I have better response and power with less throttle at certain speeds My throttle percentage display shows me this. Engine just feels smoother. i reckon it’s cleaned carbon from rings or valve seats and now I have less deposits. Overall pleased with results.

SVT top end.
I have been working on the top part of my SVT's engine. Let me tell I am so happy this is for sale in the UK. Having used it in the USA I knew of it's history and results. If you want to decoke the top part of your engine this really is all you need. I use this every service as it breaks down the carbon deposits.
