Only way to brew!
Been allgrain brewing for 5 years, have thousands of dollars invested. Would make 10 gallon batches, which would take all day, lots of prep. Then have to clean everything, it was so much work, I would only brew once a month, only during summer. Since ordering the Grainfather, I've brewed every weekend 4.5 hours from start to finish. 1st batch I brewed, it was a snow storm outside, so I brewed in my laundry room, it was perfect.
