This is soothing and effective. I only use it at night and it does help me sleep because my eyes feel comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars but I'm afraid my eyes are still as red as always. I have been using it every night for two weeks .I will start to put it in half way through the day but feel I would need to close my eyes to let the product work and I don't always have the time.
