I'm 73 years old and need all the help I can get ... to get hard ... not surprisingly. This product works for me VERY well. Maybe it won't work with everyone, but it's worth a try, if you need help getting it up and keeping it up. I ALSO use a not-too-tight, silicone penis ring that I put on before I get to it. I use this product 10 minutes or so, before getting to it. It acts fast. For me, it keeps working for at least 30 minutes. Finally, I take 1000 mg tablets of L 'Arginine morning, noon, at dinner and TWO tablets when I go to bed. The suggested dosage is 2,000 mg per day. I'm experimenting. So far, so VERY good. I never used Viagra or Cialis or the like. With all of the above, I don't need it. If you need some help, give it a shot! You only need a blob the size of a quarter (at most) on the tip of your penis, that you then rub in ... and rub in ... and rub in, until it's absorbed. DON'T WASTE ANY OF THIS GOOD STUFF, when the tube seems empty. I cut off the bottom and use my fingers to spread what's left on my penis. That approach gives me at least three more uses! (Not a bad idea to get creative and to EXPERIMENT with this whole process and to disregard those people who say "this stuff is no good ... a waste of your money".)
