A Fantastic Budget Exercise Mat
This tri-fold workout mat is great for core exercises. Its well designed and looks cool! If your looking for a heavy duty, weighty exercise mat then look elsewhere: this mat is made to be ultra lightweight and portable but will not be as tough or last as long as much more expensive (and static) options. The mat is 2 inches (about 5cm) in thickness and is constructed from EVA foam which is of medium density. The 3 individual foam squares can be removed from the fabric shell of the mat and this is a great feature if you wanted to hand wash the fabric without getting the whole thing soaked in water like a giant sponge. The "Gallant" logo looks really awesome and the black color version I purchased looks pretty bad ass. In conclusion this workout mat is a perfect choice for working out in a smaller space as it can be compactly stored away easily.
