Came on time,looks like on photo. Quite good quality. I ordered other one too. But if you fill up it becomes very havy to transfer...or I am just not strong enough,but the handle hurted my hand so much. Waste of money. Useless bag. Only lasted one journey.
It did have what I was looking for - 2 wheels and a shoulder strap - but nothing else. The bag developed small holes in the bottom and side when only carrying 15 kg or less for just one journey. The material the bag is made of is not thick enough and lacks the padding required to prevent this from happening. (Also, due to the lack of a proper handle and metal framework like most bags with 2 wheels - this made it heavy when rolling it on 2 wheels.)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Shoulder strap broke on the first day of use.
Was travelling to Sweden the bag had hardly anything in it and when handling it to bag checking area a sewn in square ripped off the bag along with the shoulder strap. Horrible quality, don't recommend anyone to buy it. Waste of money

I really like this bag though not as strong as other reviews have made it, but it'll certainly serve my purpose as I like to bring back from trips and would not have to worry about carrying an empty suit case out.
