    Same stuff, different name.

    I have used Bordeaux Mixture for decades, but it is no longer available. Searching for a replacement I came across this Copper Mixture. The container is identical to my old Bordeaux Mixture one, except for the colour and the label. The manufacturer is the same and the contents appear to be the same. So it looks like they were no longer allowed to use the old name for the same product. I haven't used it yet, but the old stuff worked miracles for blight on my tomatoes, was less effective for peach leaf curl, but I have recently applied it to my Victoria plum to tackle bacterial canker, which it seems to have stopped.

    Potato Blight untreated.

    The review needs more options - I had Blight in my potato crop so i looked around & found the copper mixture, by the time it arrived I had to destroy the crop because it was badly infected. My fault because I should have used the mixture as a preventative measure & not a cure. I will now have the product in my stock ready for next years crop, I will then know the true value of the product.

    black spot Magic

    Worked like magic on my wife's "Cliff Richard Rose Bush " . it has suffered from Black spot ever since we have had it . following advice from the RHS . we sprayed with this and within a week it was producing rich glossy new foliage .. hopefully blooms will follow,, The mixing instructions are a little unclear but after contacting the company they were able to clarify these for us . And stated that the instructions will be changed on the next print run ..

    Peacock spot
