Really nice stuff . . . basically spaghetti without the sugar (carbohydrates) so great for keto type diets, or any diet where you want to cut out sugar . . . only 14g of carbohydrates per 100g of spaghetti (normal spaghetti is around 40g of carbohydrates per 100g) - about a third of a pack is a good hearty meal, so that's around 66g (and about 9g of carbohydrates) . . . but the good thing is that unlike some pasta replacements this stuff tastes nice, somewhat like normal spaghetti in that it doesn't really have a particularly strong flavour, that's down to your toppings, but what flavour it has is nice (but obviously tastes differ).
