This is listed as more of a collectible than a useful tablet. It’s a pretty perfect condition iPad 1st Generation, with serial numbered matching box. The chassis is not dented but there are some light marks on the back. This is the Wi-Fi only version. It charges to 100% and works perfectly. The home button has a good ‘click’ to it. It’s unsual to get the 1st Gen iPad in such original condition with a working battery. It’s been factory reset so it’s sitting on the first start screen. The serial number is not exactly the same as the box but it’s extremely close and must have got swapped when it was originally bought.

Very good value for a 1st generation iPad
I bought this 1st generation iPad knowing that it would have some limitations compared with the latest offerings. However it is ideal for storing my complete photo album and i can also store quite a large number of albums. iPad 1st Generation will not work abroad
I bought this iPad for a friend who is working in Tanzania unfortunately it will not work as it is locked. I rang Magpie who informed me they cannot guarantee their iPads will work abroad as maybe locked for security reasons. They told me I should of asked before I bought it. As my personal iPad is mobile and works all over the world I didn’t realise this was a question I needed to ask. So my gift has been of no use and I have wasted my money and have a very disappointed friend .
