wall mounted fan
i bought this fan for my sons room and have just put it up. it is very quiet and easy to assemble. there are a couple.minor design flaws but one can over come these. firstly the lead is very short meaning if you arent useing an extension cord you cant put it very high up. secondly the electric cord comes out of the top of the fan and hangs down the side. both of these issues are fine if you have a high level plug but you will need an extension if you want to.mount it above head height and use a normal house plug. with that said i will be buying more for the house.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

What I expected
This is a low cost product. Not poor quality but equally not what you would describe as good quality. It is right for the price. It arrives in several parts that are easy to put together. The wall bracket is a simple bent steel plate. Easy to put up and works perfectly for the job. The rotary switch has three speeds and off repeated twice. Each pull of the cord rotates the switch one position. The big fan is a bit flimsy but does the job well. The oscillate pull/push switch on top is again a bit low quality but works. Not quiet but not noisy either! A bit wonky when wall mounted! Wire not too long so will need to be close to the socket! But does the needful! I guess its worth the cost!
