Not as described
This toner doesn't work like other toners I've tried. It says it is clear blue, but it is opaque purple. You have to dilute it with something else, or you will end up with purple hair instead of natural shade of light blond. My bleached ends turned purple just after 5 minutes and took FOREVER to wash off! Later, I used Manic Panic toner with much better results.
