Excellent Series
Excellent cast and storylines are based on the original Arthurian legends. Quite graphic in parts but not gory like some similar films I've heard about. I particularly liked the attention to detail of everyday life in those times. Costumes and sets are fabulous and the scenery is wonderful - filmed in Ireland I believe. All the main characters have their own stories and history which fit into each episode so you gradually build up pictures of them. Ten episodes in this boxset. Just a shame that they could not continue with a second series but it is a satisfying watch all the same. Recommended for fans of this genre.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
