Well, I slept!
I am always skeptical....always. But a friend of mine recommended this as she knew I was just not sleeping through the night. I can say it actually has worked for me. No side affects at all. For me to get a straight 7 or 8 hours is highly unusual. My busy mind keeps me awake thinking and going over things so I wake up several times during the night to read, or get a cookie, or just walk around!
